Living in downtown St. Pete is amazing, and it’s great to be able to walk out your front door and have access to everything the city has to offer. If you’re a pet owner you know it can be hard to find a building that allows pets, let alone one that is pet-friendly!

We reviewed all the condos in downtown St. Petersburg to find the buildings that allow the most pets, the largest pets, and have the fewest pet restrictions.

There are only a handful of buildings that allow three pets, and all of them have breed restrictions in the condo docs. There are many more that allow two pets, and we focused on those that allow larger dogs.

Bayfront Tower

Bayfront Tower is at the top of our list because of a combination of pet friendliness, affordability, and availability. It was established in 1975 and it’s common to see renovated condos for sale.
