Get to know the Neighborhood

Every month we host a two-hour tour of open houses, letting you see what an area of town has to offer. It’s a glimpse into the community feel, the kinds of homes available, and the lifestyle in an area.

Prospective home buyers get a chance to see a collection of homes for sale, while enjoying the outdoors and getting a great feel for what it’s like to live in the neighborhoods we tour.

Each tour focuses on a different bike-able area of town. It’s a leisurely ride and we are more focused on having fun than winning races. We usually ride anywhere from 1/4 mile to 1 mile between houses, then we take a break and look at a home.

After the tour we are usually treated to lunch and a happy hour by one of our friends in the mortgage business. It’s a great chance to get to know each other, talk about what we’ve seen, and talk about your real estate experiences.

If you don’t have a bike there are a few rental options in St Pete. You can pick up a bike and meet us for our ride.

Some of the areas we like to tour are: Historic Kenwood, Old Northeast, Coffee Pot Bayou, Snell Shores, North East Park, Crescent Lake, Crescent Heights, Woodlawn, Allendale/Five Points, Euclid / St Paul, Pasadena, Gulfport, Venetian Isles, Shore Acres, Placido Bayou

We’re curious about interest in other areas!
Let us know if you’d like to tour Clearwater, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Treasure Island, Maderia Beach, South Tampa, or Hyde Park.
