Kenwood has 11 closings in April, at a median sale price of $250,000 and a price per square foot of $220.33. (I’m including Historic Kenwood and Kenwood North)

The most expensive sale was for almost $500,000 and took almost a year to close, while the least expensive went under contract in a six days and sold for $167,000.

Overall these properties sold for 95% of their asking price, in under three months.
