How is Coronavirus affecting the Pinellas County real estate market?

The local real estate market was slightly affected over the weekend. A combination of some buyers taking the weekend off and some sellers not wanting people in their homes combined to see a slight drop in the amount of homes that went under contract over the weekend.

Pinellas county experienced a 16% decrease in activity weekend to weekend.

Looking Back Two Weeks

In the chart below you can see activity for each day over the last two weeks, showing the number of homes that went under contract each day and the sales volume per day. For this time frame there were a median of 76 homes and $25,517,868 per day going to contract.
