It looks like bad thunderstorms tomorrow afternoon. If the weather is the same tomorrow morning we will reschedule the ride for next weekend – stay tuned!

Bring your bike get to know the neighborhood you’re buying a home in a little better.

Meet us for a two-hour tour on Sunday 6/9 at 2pm. We will be showing prospective home buyers a collection of homes for sale, all while enjoying the outdoors and getting a great feel for what it’s like to live in Historic Kenwood.

There will be a snack/debriefing after the ride at Trophy Fish where we can chat about the ride and get to know each other.

If you don’t have a bike you can rent one at the Coast Bike kiosk on the corner where we start out.

Each month we select a collection of homes in a bike-able neighborhood for our tours. Ideal attendees are in the market to buy a home, or plan to buy a home in the next year. Please respect the home owners by showing up on time, registering, and leaving personal items alone.

What: We will be viewing homes in Historic Kenwood that are priced between $250,000 and $325,000 and have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
Bring: Your ID, water, sunscreen, and a bicycle
